- What are your operating hours? Tenant’s have 24/7 access to their storage and we have management on site every Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM – 4 PM.
- Where is the facility located? Our address is 195 S Railroad Ave, Avon Park, FL 33825.
- How do I rent a storage unit? You can rent a unit online through our website or visit us in person at our facility.
- How much does it cost to rent a storage unit? Prices vary on unit sizes, check out the “unit type” tab on the website to see more information on pricing.
- Is the facility secure? Yes, our facility has 24/7 video surveillance to ensure the safety of your belongings.
- What items are prohibited in the storage units? Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, perishable food and illegal substances are not allowed in storage units.
- Is there a minimum rental period? Our rentals are typically month-to-month, we do not require long-term contracts.
- How do I change the size of my storage unit? If you need more or less space, just contact us and we will help you find a new unit that fits your needs.
- Do I need to turn in the key and lock for my storage unit when I move out? Yes, if the key and lock are not returned the tenant will continue to be charged because the facility owner is not legally allowed to enter the storage unit for 60 days after last payment.
- Can I store my vehicle or boat? Yes, we now offer parking spaces of two sizes: to fit a regular car spot and a larger space to fit a boat or an 18-wheeler truck.
